Regional accreditation is a broad topic that includes student learning outcomes and a variety of other measurements. As requirements become increasingly specific and focused on demonstrating the acquisition of knowledge and skills by students, electronic systems - such as PASS-PORT - are becoming an important method for collecting and organizing the requisite data.
Beyond tracking student learning outcomes, service learning experiences, and other performance metrics, PASS-PORT can be used to support the following activities and more:
- Merit, Tenure, & Faculty Development Processes
PASS-PORT allows your faculty to create extensive documentation about their teaching, service, and research activities which can be collected into an electronic portfolio for review by administrators or peers
- Student & Faculty Sentiments
Survey faculty and students about resource sufficiency, policy suitability, and more; through group intelligence, your people may be able to help indicate where potential problem areas lie
- ETS Test Support
Using one of the ETS™ exams, such as the CAAP or MAPP, to gauge student performance? PASS-PORT can import these scores into students' accounts to serve as another indicator of student success
- Other Measures
PASS-PORT is a very flexible tool kit and we want to help you exploit its full capabilities; just tell us what you'd like to measure and, if it's possible, we'll tell you how your needs could be supported
