	Who is ILAT? Innovative Learning Assessment Technologies, LLC (ILAT) is a Louisiana-based company which has been granted the exclusive license for PASS-PORT and will be providing this software to universities and their students. ILAT has a close working relationship with the Center for Innovative Learning and Assessment Technologies (CILAT) - part of the University of Louisiana of Lafayette - as well as Dr. Doug Williams, the center's director.
